  • How far in advance do I need to make my reservation?
    We recommend you place your order at least 3 weeks in advance. It usually takes about 12-14 business days to order and receive your flowers. The larger the number of guests the higher the need for more time for planning purposes and processes. Should you need to make a reservation within 3 weeks, inquiry is required and is by an approval basis. Please e-mail hello@flowerparliament.com for any questions
  • What if I want to add additional items?
    If you are to add any additional items prior to the event, please place a new order and reference the original order
  • What happens if I break or lose an item?
    The client is responsible for any damages or lost items.
  • What happens if I do not use an item I rented?
    When you reserve an item the client agrees to a contract which requires payment for all items reserved.
  • What if I require assistance at my party, or how do I notify parliament party pickup when I am leaving my reservation?
    You will need to call or text the concierge. That phone number is 405.445.3319.
  • Is my deposit refundable?
    Your deposit is non-refundable. The deposit is used to place your flower order for our wholesalers
  • Can I substitute items in my palette selection?
    While substitutes can be considered, there might be a likeliness that your request is being rented by another client.
  • What if an item that I rented is left out of my order?
    Please notify us of this within 48 hours after your event, and we will investigate a refund.
  • What are my pickup and delivery options?
    Delivery is included in your package reservation. If you would prefer to pickup, that will be arranged in the time of our initial party meeting. Delivery will be generated by “morning” and “afternoon” time frames. Should you need anything delivered at a specific time, for floral deliveries please contact us to set this up. Any reservation deliveries will be outlined in initial party meeting. Client understands that Flower Parliament is not responsible for flower deliveries made that were not collected in time, due to recipient not being present due to unforeseen reasons.
  • When do I need to return my rental items?
    Items are required for return the following business day. Should you need to arrange or extend your due date for return at an additional charge, please contact us to ensure that this is not being rented by another client. Should you need to schedule a pickup for return, that is also available through our website upon checkout.
  • Do I need to return my items cleaned?
    While rental items do not need to be cleaned prior to return please be sure that all tabletop utensils are rinsed off and returned food free. A gallon ziplock bag is recommended for this to return. For linens, can return in trash bags. We professionally clean our linens.
  • How do I make a reservation?
    You can make a reservation via our website under our Packages Page. Should you have difficulty booking you can e-mail us at hello@flowerparliament.com. The prompts will therefore follow, to create your party, forms to sign and deposit to make. You will book your actual event date and we will be in contact to set an initial party appointment.
  • What does the payment schedule look like?
    Below is what a usual payment schedule will look like if booking far enough in advance. $150 non refundable deposit, taken at checkout. 1st half of reservation - 6 weeks prior to event date Final portion of reservation - 3 weeks prior to event date (no refunds made) Our website takes into account the date of booking and what amounts would be due depending an event date. For example, should you make a reservation within 4 weeks of event date, the deposit and 1st half of the reservation would be taken upon checkout, and then a week later, the final portion of the reservation is taken prior to event date. If you would prefer to pay for everything at time of checkout, there is an option to do so upon checkout. You will be notified by e-mail when payment is due and to be made, if no alternative arrangements are made, the banking card on file will be automatically charged on due date specified in your contracts.
  • What if I need something during my reservation?
    Any specific needs that are outside of the companies reservation agreement, should be discussed and notated in initial party meeting. Should there by any unforeseen need for help, etc., please contact the concierge at 405.445.3319.
